• Design for Redfin’s core consumer product across desktop and mobile • Build engaging user experiences and focus on detail of user journey • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders • Communicate design concepts through wireframes and prototypes • Use data to inform design decisions and iterate on improvements • Advocate for user needs in the design process • Contribute to design system for consistency across products

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful products • Excellent communication skills • Strong collaboration skills • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics • Customer-obsessed with a track record of translating user research into design solutions • Strategic thinker contributing to product strategy
