📋 Description

• The Business Relationship Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. • Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for business growth through selling a Managed Safety Footwear and Wellness Program. • Achieve set sales goals and objectives. • Understand marketplace trends relative to the footwear and wellness industry to make decisions and recommendations based upon customer needs. • Utilize social media specifically LinkedIn to promote CustomFit and to grow and maintain customer relationships. • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of product lines and services. • Exercise independent judgement to introduce new products and services to established customers. • Analyze customer business operations and data for future planning and growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or two (2) years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Intermediate level experience scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements • The ability to travel 10% of the time and overnight to events or trade shows. • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities. • Superior verbal, listening and written communication skills. • Advanced level of organizational and multitasking skills • PC skills including intermediate skill level of experience using Microsoft Suite applications, especially Excel and MS Dynamic CRM, and Google Drive. • Ability to process information quickly and take proactive action. • Fluent in Spanish required • Candidate must be in Pacific Standard Time.
