📋 Description

• Execute as Finance DT Lead for Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture activities and all other system migration related activities • Lead cross functional teams executing Merger, Divestiture, and Acquisition projects, including financial migrations from legacy environments into the Raytheon DOD enterprise financial application • Work with multiple Agile Release Trains to align on specific MA&D project strategy • Lead a team of technical professionals, take on complex challenges, work collaboratively and manage conflict • Ensure solutions meet internal Consumer needs and Service Level Agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years leadership and SAP experience within the FI and CO modules • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), finance, or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree • Experience leading multiple SAP ERP/ECC & S/4HANA agile teams in a rapidly changing environment • Demonstrated project management and agile methodology proficiency • Competent with Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) system implementing agile, lean, and dev ops practices at scale
