📋 Description

• Focus on instructional design and development • Create and deliver technical training • Use software to design engaging instructor-led and web-based training • Manage relationships with customers, peers, and leaders • Lead project teams for training materials • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training experiences

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in instructional design in a large corporate environment • Portfolio of work that demonstrates software and adult learning theory competence • University Degree or equivalent experience • Expert level understanding of adult learning theory • Advanced Storyline skills • Well organized with excellent attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a project team • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience using one or more instructional design models including ADDIE, SAM, or LLAMA
