• Serve as the central integrator for the Capacity Growth Office Supply Chain organization, driving business rhythm, data collection, and cross‑functional alignment. • Act as a highly external‑facing role, engaging frequently with suppliers and preparing materials for the Department of War • Support supplier strategy, resiliency planning, and coordination across engineering, programs, supply chain, and finance. • Establish and manage the Supply Chain CGO operating cadence, including weekly updates, cross‑functional reviews, and data consolidation. • Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership, the customer, and suppliers • Coordinate supplier‑related activities, aligning internal teams to support capacity expansion and resiliency efforts.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 9 years experience • Experience leading across multiple functions • Experience interacting with suppliers and customers within the Department Of War. • Experience synthesizing data and producing executive‑ready presentations.
