📋 Description

• Lead team of 4 direct reports with daily tasking, spread across multiple contracts and deliverables • Management of earned value contracts, analysis of program performance, and assisting with initial baseline for new awards in compliance with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255 • Review and Development of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) • Interfacing/Partnering with Financial Leads, Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and Planning, ensuring compliance with financial policies and program cost and schedule deliverables • Develop, utilize and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team • Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or a directly related field & a minimum of 5 years of finance related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of finance related experience • Experience with data analysis and/or reporting • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management) contractual deliverable requirements • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
