📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers in a challenging assignment at a remote location • Daily interaction with the Site Manager about all aspects of the team deployed in support of SRP • Coordinate the schedule for personnel deployed in Taiwan • Responsible for conduct of annual performance evaluations, interim discussions, initiation and notification of annual merit increases and processing of any additional promotion documentation • Work in a team environment to resolve equipment anomalies • Execute preventative maintenance as defined in program technical manuals

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date • Strong communication skills • Familiar with large phased array radar installation and testing • Good working knowledge of engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, procedures • Ability to maintain and operate assigned equipment according to technical documentation • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4 years of relevant experience OR an AS Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR at least 12 years of relevant experience • IAT Level II or greater (e.g. Security+ CE) cybersecurity certification preferred • Knowledge of operating systems, security features and settings (e.g. Windows, UNIX, and Linux) • Experience performing cybersecurity driven vulnerability management
