• Conduct comprehensive technical assessments related to export/import controls • Manage small projects and/or act as a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) point of contact (PoC) • Provide guidance and influence others on U.S Export Controls • Work with minimal oversight from manager on complex Export Classifications • Support Global Trade organization by responding to JCA questions • Initiate and coordinate Technical Exchanges with Engineering/GT • Interface with other engineering disciplines and non-technical disciplines
🎯 Requirements
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) • Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations • Experience performing US export commodity jurisdiction and classification assessments • Experience with both the U.S. Government (USG) U.S. Munitions List (USML) and Commerce Control List (CCL) • Experience with JCA Tools (e.g., OCR, xClass) and/or CommonPDM (cPDM)/Windchill or similar industry JCA tools
