• Support compensation processes including job evaluations, offer development, market pricing, and compensation analysis. • Coordinate and track Total Rewards projects, deliverables, timelines, meeting logistics, documentation, follow-ups, and communications. • Provide administrative and operational support for the Total Rewards team including expense submissions, reporting, scheduling, SharePoint content management, and workflow tracking. • Assist with the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and communications for HR and leadership. • Research and compile market data insights to support competitive pay recommendations. • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to answer questions, provide guidance on policy, and support consistent application of compensation practices. • Support process improvements to streamline and enhance the employee and stakeholder experience.
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field. • 1–2 years of HR, compensation, HR operations, project coordination, or related experience. • Strong organizational and project coordination skills. • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow-through. • Technical knowledge of global HR policies and procedures, compensation practices, and trends, merit, and data analysis. • Experience with Workday. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational, execution, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data.
