📋 Description

• Support the Domestic Transportation team by assisting carriers, vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient movement of freight throughout the Saks Global network • Oversee logistics and order tracking for ETA requests for store supply shipments • Manage and maintain an accurate release schedule for all transportation runs • Utilize GPS systems to monitor freight movement and provide real time status updates • Track and review weekly KPI metrics • Maintain relationships with carriers and vendors concerning freight payments

🎯 Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is required • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related business field is preferred • Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) • High level of organizational and communicative skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
