đź“‹ Description

• Serve as a central liaison between the Power Business Unit and external joint venture partner • Support day-to-day oversight and coordination of joint venture activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships across partners, including internal and external stakeholders • Lead preparation and facilitation for Board meetings • Coordinate closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) and executive stakeholders to develop materials, briefings, and updates • Ensure readiness for monthly Board discussions where the joint venture is a high-priority topic • Provide governance support and advise on board processes and best practices • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary coordinator for the annual budget process • Guide and shepherd the first full-cycle budget process under new majority ownership • Build and refine processes where none previously existed; ensure clarity, structure, and execution discipline • Represent the Power BU in budgeting discussions, ensuring alignment with corporate financial processes • Partner with key internal teams such as Strategic Realization Office, Legal, Finance, and other corporate functions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or corporate strategy roles • Strong understanding of board governance processes and executive-level communications • Prior experience building Board PPT decks and budgeting is required • Prior experience in the power industry is preferred • Demonstrated experience supporting budgeting cycles, financial planning, or corporate processes • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels • Experience working in high-visibility, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities • Ability to build and implement processes from the ground up • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in high-transparency environments
