📋 Description

• Directly manage the accounting team • Lead the day-to-day financial operations of the organization • Oversee the full accounting cycle from transactional processing to high-level financial reporting • Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger • Optimize the Procure-to-Pay cycle • Manage complex variable compensation and inventory accounting • Supervise and mentor accounting staff responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll • Lead the full month-end close process • Manage the end-to-end procurement process • Oversee inventory levels, valuation, and reporting accuracy • Manage internal and external audit processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Required) • 4-6 years of accounting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment • CPA certification (Highly Preferred) • Prior experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Medical Research is strongly preferred • Proven ability to build processes in an evolving, "hands-on" environment • 1-3 years Supervisory experience • Deep proficiency Netsuite & other ERP packages (NetSuite preferred) • Expert-level Excel, G-Suite, and Salesforce.com • Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and complex accruals
