📋 Description

• Completes daily reviews of all patient video submissions when ingesting medications, and responds as appropriate per engagement and escalation protocols, and documents actions taken • Updates and maintains a database of patient-level notes daily • Conducts data entry, data quality check, and data reconciliation exercises to ensure consistent documentation • Conducts technical training with study sites to help patients use Scene Health’s mobile application and to resolve technical challenges when using the web platform • Prepares written reports and maintains records of program monitoring activities • Works collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify, develop, evaluate, and refine new processes and features of the Scene Health program • Provides management with patient feedback and/or recommendations for program and product improvement • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience • High school diploma • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency with database systems and mobile applications • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
