• Provide administrative support to claims staff and perform other office tasks depending on the client program. • Analyze lower-level medical-only workers’ compensation claims to determine benefits due and ensure ongoing adjudication within company standards and industry best practices. • Process low-level general liability claims to determine benefits due; ensure ongoing adjudication within company standards and industry best practices; identify subrogation opportunities; and negotiate settlements with general supervision. • Analyze complex or technically difficult general liability claims to determine benefits due. • Supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims.
• Six (6) months of clerical or customer service experience • One (1) year of general office experience • Two (2) years of liability claims management experience • Five (5) years of liability claims management experience • Six (6) years of liability claims experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory role • Georgia (GA) licensing required
