📋 Description

• Partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to transform data into actionable insights. • Work alongside a growing analytics team and contribute to scalable frameworks. • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. • Contribute to the evolution of Seed’s analytics roadmap in alignment with company priorities. • Partner with cross-functional partners to design analyses, reports, and dashboards that inform strategy and execution. • Support and maintain processes for data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in data and analytics roles. • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact analytics in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Strong technical foundation in modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow) and analytics best practices. • Skilled in experimentation, statistical analysis, and translating data into actionable business insights. • Excellent communicator who can distill complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in e-commerce, healthtech, or consumer health (bonus); passion for advancing science and human health through data.
