• Build our applications and integrations: Work with the team to design, implement, and maintain Seekeasy applications, APIs, and third-party integrations using efficient, testable, and maintainable code. • Shape our development processes: Maintain and improve our developer tooling, build, and deployment systems to ensure reliable production releases. • Ensure our products are working: Ensure high service availability by implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting for production services. Lead outage incident responses, identify and troubleshoot application issues, and optimize applications for efficiency and scalability. • Lead and mentor: Guide the growth of our engineering team as we scale. Your experience will be invaluable in nurturing talent and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Proficiency with React (Next.js or Vite) and associated frontend technologies. • Proficiency in Python, Git, and RESTful API design and implementation. • Proficiency in user interface design and translating mockups into working products. • A problem-solver who thrives in the ambiguity and fast pace of startup environments. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • A seasoned full-stack engineer with 6+ years of experience and a track record of building scalable systems. • You live in the San Francisco Bay area and can commute to our office in San Francisco. • Previous startup experience is a plus.
