📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, executive, and compliance-related reports to support decision-making and oversight. • Write and optimize complex SQL queries using InterSystems Caché SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data. • Work extensively with the Artiva software debt collections platform to support reporting, analytics, and operational insights. • Engage with business users and executive stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and reporting requirements. • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for software developers and technical teams. • Provide ongoing stakeholder support by responding to data requests, explaining analytical results, and ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency. • Participate in Agile development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews. • Contribute to the development process, including testing, validation, and collaboration on data-related enhancements. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to organizational and federal standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, specifically InterSystems Caché SQL. • Demonstrated experience producing a wide range of reports, including operational, executive, and compliance or regulatory reporting. • Required experience with the Artiva debt collections platform. • Five or more years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role. • Proven ability to work directly with business users and executives to gather and refine requirements. • Experience communicating business requirements to software developers and technical teams. • Bachelor’s degree. • US Citizen and able to pass security clearances as required for Government contracts. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
