• The Regional Press Brake Sales Manager is responsible for driving press brake sales throughout the Upper Midwest region (ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI) • Work closely with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and Regional Sales Representatives (RSRs) to perform front-line sales, engage with customers, and close orders • Conduct live demonstrations of press brakes, highlighting performance and value to prospective clients • Develop new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers across the assigned states • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order close • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, and marketing) to support customer needs and ensure satisfaction • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience in press brake sales or closely related capital equipment sales • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in industrial or manufacturing sectors • Strong understanding of press brake systems, tooling, and applications • Experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
