📋 Description

• Deliver Guardian and Proactive (PROA) remote monitoring services for the CT modality across the Americas • Monitor & Triage Guardian and PROA events • Coordinate Field Action with field service engineers, schedulers, and customer care teams • Drive Continuous Improvement by tracking dispatch rates and event accuracy • Author PROA Success Stories and Non-Event Reports • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Regional Service Managers and dispatchers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of CT platforms (e.g., SOMATOM family) • X-ray tube physics • gantry mechanics • cooling systems • high voltage electronics • detector arrays • software diagnostics • Experience with KPI development • root cause analysis • remote diagnostic proficiency • Clear communication skills • Ability to translate complex technical findings into plain-language guidance • Proven ability to manage high event volumes
