📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide IT project delivery with a focus on mitigating risk and ensuring execution excellence • Oversee the full project lifecycle, driving alignment with strategic goals • Manage the IT portfolio to optimize resource allocation and prioritize initiatives • Partner with stakeholders to enforce standards, resolve escalations, and maintain transparency across programs • Champion change management and value realization across the enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT or Business required, Master's in Business Administration preferred • 10+ years IT delivery leadership with 5+ years leading PMO/Portfolio • PMP/PgMP required; ITIL 4 Managing Professional preferred • Proficient with PPM platform, financial planning systems, enterprise analytics (Power BI), ServiceNow, contract management tools • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience briefing C-suite and board members • Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution capabilities • Ability to mentor Project Managers and teams
