📋 Description

• Help members identify and secure affordable housing options • Connect individuals and families with housing, utility, and community resources • Work directly with members through face-to-face outreach and support • Collaborate with housing authorities, community organizations, and government agencies • Develop action plans to help members achieve stable housing • Participate in community events and outreach initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizen (required) • High School Diploma or GED • At least 1 year of community outreach or customer service experience • Must reside in one of the eligible Southwest PA counties • Comfortable with local travel (up to 75%) • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
