• Manage employee devices, accounts, and access (laptops, mobile devices, SaaS tools) • Administer identity and access management (SSO, MFA, role-based access) • Support onboarding and offboarding while maintaining security and compliance • Maintain and troubleshoot networks, endpoints, and cloud-based systems • Monitor system health, patching, and updates • Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues quickly • Assist with HIPAA, SOC 2, and security audits • Document IT processes, policies, and procedures
• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or systems support • Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Understanding of networking basics (DNS, VPNs, firewalls) • Experience with endpoint management and MDM tools • Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC 2 controls • Experience with tools like CrowdStrike, Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf, and Intune • Exposure to security incident response or vulnerability management • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment. • Have a valid Drivers License and REAL ID • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
