📋 Description
• Owns visibility into all key business operations. • Builds the single source of truth and dashboards leadership relies on. • Runs the analysis that tells where patients are dropping off. • Turns analysis into experiments and fixes that improve metrics. • Light project management particularly supporting Quarterly Planning and Execution.
🎯 Requirements
• A track record of building reporting and analytics infrastructure from scratch, not just working inside someone else's dashboard. • Comfort moving between SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools, and knowing when each one is the right tool. • Experience designing and reading A/B tests, and a habit of asking what the test actually proved before acting on it. • Strong instincts for prioritization. • Healthcare, finance, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus but not required. • Comfort operating with real ambiguity.
