📋 Description

• Deployment and day-to-day operation of OpenShift clusters, including updates and expansions, both on-premises infrastructure and in the cloud • Provisioning container storage and developing backup and restore procedures • Managing cluster networking (Ingress, Egress, Network Policies, PKI) and implementing security standards according to NIST and BSI IT-Grundschutz • Use of Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and working with DevOps technologies (Argo CD, Helm, Kustomize, CI/CD pipelines) • Supporting developer and operations teams in using the platform and coaching internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of OpenShift with expertise in cluster provisioning, maintenance and scaling • Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware), observability, logging and image registries • Experience with RBAC, Active Directory or LDAP integration • Confident working with Linux systems and common automation tools • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
