📋 Description

• Support the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimates • Manage the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure accuracy • Liaise with rental locations to provide feedback and coaching for faster approvals • Maintain audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors and repair shops • Receive and analyze vendor performance, providing management with reviews and recommendations • Assist with additional duties as assigned to meet business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in repair estimation • Experience in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or similar software • Vehicle salvage knowledge • Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) or associate’s degree with relevant experience • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Skilled in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications • High attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Exceptional decision-making abilities • Adaptable and able to multitask
