📋 Description
• Provide remote editorial services to SmartNews. • Curate content through push notifications and social media. • Develop new experiences within the SmartNews app. • Work independently to establish a social presence.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in breaking news and journalism. • Mastery of TikTok, Instagram, Threads and X with a strong POV on internet culture and platforms. • Expert knowledge of AP Style. • Knowledge of remote-work software including Slack, Google Drive and Google Meets. • Ability to use professional judgment and discretion to identify news stories and trends without direct supervision.
