• Engage with customers via inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product and service guidance • Process customer requests including options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades and other monetary requests • Maintain and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients to support business development opportunities
• Series 7 required • Series 63 preferred (paid training & support provided) • 2-3 years of previous experience in the financial services industry • Strong technological savvy and comfort with learning how to use new tools • Proven customer service, client support and problem resolution skills • Ability to effectively influence others and use consultative skills to enrich the customer experience • Certifications: Series 07 - FINRA, Series 63 - FINRA
