β’ Manage and optimize daily performance across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate β’ Conduct ongoing audits to ensure campaigns are pacing efficiently and hitting targets β’ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and channel mix β’ Manage creator seeding, partnerships, and affiliate relationships β’ Identify and scale high-performing creators and partnerships β’ Support campaign execution and ongoing optimization β’ Partner with internal teams to brief and iterate on paid media creative β’ Ensure alignment with marketing calendar and campaign priorities β’ Support development of weekly and monthly campaign briefs β’ Track and analyze channel and creative performance β’ Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations β’ Support external agency partners to ensure alignment on performance and execution
β’ 3β5+years experience in paid media β’ Experience managing creator/influencer and affiliate programs β’ Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, GA4 β’ Strong analytical and performance optimization skills β’ Experience working cross-functionally and with external partners β’ eCommerce/DTC experience preferred
