• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget parameters • Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle • Understand the project deliverables and scope in the Statement of Work • Develop, manage, and document all production schedules, milestones, projections, estimates, and budgets for customer-assigned projects • Client and client stakeholder management & acceptance • Responsibility for project budget and financial success metrics • Serve as the customer’s first point of contact to manage expectations and communications • Manage the project team, including assigning individual project tasks
• 3-5+ years’ experience as a project manager • Enterprise commerce experience preferred either within an agency, systems integration consultancy or within an online/digital department of an established B2B or B2C company • Experience with project management principles, processes, tools, and techniques • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall software development environments • Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams • Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills • Strong problem solving skills • CAPM or PMP certification
