âą Review industry literature and research publications and maintain a system to curate publications, competitive intelligence, and internal research/reports. âą Create landscape summaries on topics relevant to higher education and update with new data and publications on an ongoing basis. âą Use third-party platforms to extract and summarize market data on programs and populations. âą Support Product Marketing in providing data summaries for program reviews and investigating new programs or products. âą Conduct deep-dive ad hoc research on market and competitive trends. âą Build, maintain, and update data models of external data sources (e.g., IPEDS), using tools such as Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI. âą Create and maintain data Python data ingestion notebooks in BigQuery and Microsoft Fabric. âą Use existing data models to monitor and summarize internal performance trends across products, segments, and demographics. âą Build and enhance reports and dashboards according to feedback, insights, and institutional goals. âą Actively seek opportunities to improve and anticipate feedback on analytic projects and tools. âą Present analysis findings to diverse audiences in a variety of formats. âą Utilize project management software to keep track of multiple priorities and projects. âą Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.
âą 3+ Years of professional experience in market research analytics and/or domain knowledge. âą Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics or similar field. âą Familiarity with higher education industry terms and data sources. âą Can build and update models and reports in Fabric/PowerBI including intermediate proficiency with DAX and PowerQuery. âą Familiarity with Python notebooks. âą Experience using SQL to query data and ETL processes. âą Proficiency in Excel with the ability to perform lookups and mathematical formulas. âą Experience developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations to a wide variety of audiences from executives to individual contributors. âą Familiarity with SharePoint, Outlook, and project management software. âą Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and validation of data. âą Can responsibly leverage Artificial Intelligence for workflows, summarization, and analysis.
