• Pre and Post sales activities, primarily to manage, grow and maintain assigned sales territory • Inside Sales • Sales Support • Customer Success
• Manage incoming new leads and business • Sales processes and closing, for - Small to Medium Businesses (C Type) • Private Investigators (D Type) • Renewal clients • Maintain CRM records management (HubSpot) • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions as required • Manage Inbound Form Lead Management • Manage Outbound sales campaigns, as directed • Assist with market research activities (competitive analysis, pricing research) • Assist with marketing campaigns (examples) - Conferences - Webinars - Partner programs • Manage general customer enquiries • Manage and or direct incoming client support calls • Conduct regular account calls / relationship building • Collate customer account data as required
