📋 Description

• Serve as a primary resource for sales teams and customers, providing product and clinical information. • Support the development of product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. • Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to translate technical features into customer benefits. • Assist in defining market requirements and collecting user feedback for new and existing products. • Help plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and regional teams. • Develop marketing tools and assets, including brochures, videos, case studies, and training materials. • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for growth. • Gather insights from customers and field teams to refine messaging and product strategy. • Ensure alignment between marketing, clinical, and commercial teams on product communications. • Own launch readiness plans and cross-functional execution milestones • Build go-to-market strategy and customer value proposition frameworks • Partner with KOLs and clinical/marketing team to develop evidence-based storytelling

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or aesthetic industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strategic storytelling and narrative development • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration experience. • Working knowledge of medical device terminology and industry trends; clinical aesthetics experience a plus. • Experience developing sales and marketing materials and supporting product training programs. • Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. • Experience working with physicians / KOL’s • Experience in premium brand positioning and category creation • Support influencer & PR integration for product storytelling • Ability to travel (US and International) 30%
