• Responsible for establishing and cultivating Solace’s relationship with clients • Identify new business opportunities for both new and existing clients • Lead the sales process from start to finish • Develop and execute territory and account plans addressing goals like pipeline building and revenue attainment • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and negotiate complex deals • Accountable for winning new business and building strong client relationships
• 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in the Enterprise IT space • Proven track record of sales success in other IT companies • Consultative selling ability • Ability to build strong executive relationships • Familiarity with MEDIC / MEDDPICC sales process • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Willingness to travel as much as 30% of their time (2-3 days a week)
