📋 Description

• Define and execute a regional partner strategy aligned with global objectives. • Build and scale relationships with GSIs, ISVs, VARs, cloud providers, and MSPs. • Identify, onboard, and enable high-potential partners. • Drive joint selling, co-marketing, and partner-sourced pipeline growth. • Implement scalable partner programs including enablement, certification, incentives, and MDF. • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure impact. • Align with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner engagement and execution. • Lead regional partner managers and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. • Represent Solace at industry events and executive forums.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within enterprise tech. • Proven success in building and scaling partner programs across diverse geographies. • Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. • Experience with partner-led GTM models and driving measurable revenue outcomes. • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. • Ability to work without sponsorship required.
