📋 Description

• Be an equipment systems expert, provide required support for the field sales force to correctly specify, install, and run equipment systems • Provide on-site scope out, design and install of feed equipment at customer sites • Manage Equipment Project Requests within product line areas, ensure projects are properly approved • Manage the field equipment capital asset pool to minimize idle assets, includes capital asset tracking • Facilitate design recommendations and ensure the low-cost path to procure • Support field sales interface with equipment acquisition process, including equipment manuals and specifications • Maintain an equipment product line for sale to customers • Support qualification of vendors for outsourced construction • Facilitate the design and support of equipment systems to improve offerings and product launch efforts • Provide technology transfer through training and technical information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree) • 5+ years of industry experience • Project management of complex projects • Strong relationship management skills • Experience learning new concepts and or technology and applying them • Ability to work autonomy and direct/coach both indirect/direct reports • Experience working in multi levels within an organization to achieve results • Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems
