📋 Description

• Execute product and program launch activities • Develop launch materials, communications, and training programs • Support coordination of project deliverables across cross-functional teams • Become a product expert in soft tissue healing and articulate features and benefits to healthcare professionals and sales representatives • Understand, manage, and develop programs for assigned surgical specialties • Build, maintain, and support relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) • Develop and deliver training programs to educate customer-facing teams on product offerings • Provide technical support for RHT products • Participate in surgeon visits, conferences, and trade shows • Collaborate with graphic design team to develop product collateral • Conduct customer research and monitor market trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Three (3) years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management within healthcare, medical devices, or other FDA-regulated industries • MBA degree or higher from an accredited university • Knowledge and experience in advanced wound care or orthopedic, plastic reconstruction, vascular markets and therapies. • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken • Demonstrated experience managing projects with multi-disciplinary teams. • Independent and strategic thinker able to make solid business decisions • Ability to thrive in action oriented high accountability environment. • Track record of collaborating cross-functionally that deliver results.
