📋 Description
• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA production support and service delivery across all regions. • Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability aligned with business SLAs. • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize business disruptions. • Establish and run a 24x7 global support model with clear escalation paths. • Ensure robust hypercare, release management, and transport governance processes. • Drive risk mitigation strategies for production deployments. • Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for SAP systems. • Manage global Application Management Services (AMS) partners and vendors. • Define and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics. • Drive vendor performance through governance frameworks and regular reviews. • Partner closely with business leaders, IT leadership, and functional teams to align priorities. • Act as the single point of accountability for SAP production support. • Communicate system performance, risks, and improvements to executive stakeholders. • Drive automation, AI/ML-based monitoring, and proactive issue resolution. • Build and lead a high-performing global SAP support organization.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher • 15+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Technology Delivery • 12+ years of SAP Implementations or SAP Service Delivery • 5+ years of managing large SAP Service Delivery • 5+ years of managing large global teams of 50+ people • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare or Medtech Industry • Skills include Service Delivery, IT Operations, Business Stakeholders Management
