📋 Description

• Provide best in class training for Solventum HIS solutions • Adapting training methodology based on assessment of learners needs • Handle non-routine and difficult training scenarios by using your experience to troubleshoot level 1 types of issues • Help guide best practices and training strategies during implementation planning • Deliver marketing presentations and product demonstrations • Assist with proactive utilization review for post implementation clients • Partner effectively with clients on suggested workflow optimization changes leveraging Solventum best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND at least seven (3) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, RN, clinical specialties in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in training in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree education requirement • Two (2) years experience delivering instructor led online and onsite training • Two (2) years experience in the Healthcare Industry
