📋 Description

• Support the installation, configuration, management, and ongoing operation of software components across staging and production mainframe environments • Lead and manage relationships with mainframe vendors related to upgrades, maintenance windows, and downtime • Develop, maintain, and support CICS and batch caller applications for software components • Perform performance testing and tuning of components to optimize processing speed and memory usage • Design, program, own, and support Java applications using industry-standard software engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university AND Six (6) years of Experience in software development OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Ten (10) years in the years of experience in software development in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement • Experience supporting and working within IBM’s mainframe environment • Five (5) years of mainframe administration experience • Ten (10) years of software engineering experience on the mainframe
