📋 Description

• Driving end-to-end program execution, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple global teams • Owning execution rigor, including risk, dependency, and issue management to ensure on-time delivery • Establishing operating rhythms, including program reviews, status reporting, and leadership updates • Coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, product, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery • Improving delivery performance, implementing program management best practices, tools, and metrics to increase predictability and throughput

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or delivery roles • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team programs across distributed teams • Strong experience with execution management tools (Jira, dashboards, reporting tools) • Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum practices and software delivery lifecycle • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience driving enterprise-scale programs (cloud migration, AI initiatives, platform transformation) • Strong experience in RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) • Experience working with global teams • Experience with writing Product Requirements Document (PRD) • Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs / OKRs to drive delivery improvement • Certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe) or equivalent experience • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
