• 10 years-related management experience in a comparable line of business or equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above. • Bachelor's degree. • Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Superior analytical skills. • Excellent decision making/problem solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge and expertise in developing, monitoring and overseeing budgetary responsibilities to ensure expenditures are cost-effective and justified within budget. • Strategic thinking skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to create and foster a culture of teamwork, excellence and continuous improvement.
