📋 Description

• Oversee 6–8 after-school programs across K–12 schools in the five boroughs. • Ensure high-quality operations and program success. • Supervise Program Directors, ensuring contract compliance. • Develop and implement curriculum and enrichment activities. • Recruit and train staff. • Manage schedules and budgets. • Support special events. • Serve as the primary liaison between New York Edge, school principals, funders, and internal teams. • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate program quality and provide constructive feedback. • Collaborate with school principals, funders, and other stakeholders to ensure strong partnerships and effective communication.
