• Own all aspects of human-guided support and delivery for full student journey for multiple new initiatives from end-to-end • Proactively identify capability gaps within programs and student journeys before they become bottlenecks • Translate portfolio-level insights into strategic recommendations for Program Leadership • Build and sustain a high-performing team by actively investing in individual development • Demonstrate a founder's instinct for operational design • Recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with external partners • Serve as a connective force internally
