📋 Description

• Oversee all global tax strategy, planning, compliance, and operations • Ensure accurate tax reporting and manage global tax position • Partner closely with senior leadership for tax strategy alignment • Oversee transfer pricing strategy and tax audits • Advise on tax implications for strategic initiatives • Develop and mentor a high-performing global tax team

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive tax experience • 8+ years in senior leadership roles within SaaS or technology companies • Proven experience in a publicly traded company, including SOX compliance and ASC 740 tax accounting • Strong technical expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international taxation • Demonstrated success building and scaling global tax teams and processes • Experience with ERP and tax technology systems (e.g., NetSuite, OneSource, Alteryx, Avalara) • Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to senior leadership
