Sprinter Health is a hybrid in-home and virtual primary care provider that expands access to proactive, preventive healthcare by combining community-based, W-2 “Sprinters” (trained phlebotomists with medical assistant and community health worker skills) who perform hands-on diagnostics and wellness checks in patients’ homes with a virtual clinical team of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and care navigators. Their full-stack platform and operations close care gaps, deliver preventive screenings and diagnostics, coordinate medications and referrals, and scale longitudinal primary care and wellness visits for payer and provider partners and patients.

📋 Description

• Build and own backend and full-stack systems that power partner integrations and patient access • Architect features that enable multi-state rollouts, new clinical programs, and scalable delivery models • Turn bespoke partner requests into reusable platform capabilities • Collaborate with product, data, ops, and clinical teams to launch high-impact solutions • Lead projects end to end — from scoping and design through implementation and rollout • Shape the technical direction of Partner Engineering as we scale nationally

🎯 Requirements

• Spent 5+ years building backend or full-stack systems in production • Led projects or small pods from architecture through delivery • Worked with external partners, APIs, or integrations to ship real features • Built in fast-growing or startup environments where ambiguity and speed are normal • Collaborated closely with product, ops, or data teams to solve real-world problems • Mentored other engineers through code reviews, guidance, or technical leadership • You’ve worked in health tech, logistics, or other integration-heavy environments • You’ve scaled backend systems to support rapid growth and operational complexity • You’ve built or owned partner-facing APIs, data flows, or onboarding integrations • You’re comfortable designing for privacy, compliance, or regulated industries • You’ve operated in Series A–C startups where scope, speed, and ownership were high
