📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, user, and non-functional requirements. • Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams to deliver effective software solutions. • Create user stories, tasks, bugs, and manage work items in Azure DevOps. • Perform system testing, validate functionality, and support production issues. • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, requirements workshops, and Agile development activities. • Assist with user training, documentation, and development of user guides. • Support accessibility testing and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards. • Provide ongoing customer support and maintain project documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Requirements Gathering • 2+ years supporting software in a Production Environment • 2+ years handling customer-reported issues • 2+ years developing Business Requirements Documentation • 2+ years conducting System Testing and validating application functionality • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills • Experience creating user stories, tasks, and bugs using Azure DevOps or similar tools • Knowledge of Business, Functional, User, and Non-Functional Requirements
