📋 Description

• Translate risk analysis into portfolio-level decisions • Be the strategic underwriting voice for your territory • Provide coverage guidance, creative solutions, and market insights • Turn market intelligence into underwriting strategy • Identify growth opportunities others miss • Drive continuous improvement in underwriting processes • Exercise confident judgment on complex and non-standard risks

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of Property & Casualty underwriting experience • A track record of building strong agency relationships • Sharp analytical instincts paired with clear, confident communication • Comfort working independently in a remote environment • CPCU, CIC, AINS, CRM, or other insurance designations are a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
