• Lead and manage project design development, production, and documentation efforts from concept through construction • Forecast project needs, establish work plans, and organize team activities to meet schedule and budget expectations • Identify and resolve design challenges, ensuring compliance with firm standards, protocols, and best practices • Produce and oversee high-quality architectural and technical details, with a comprehensive understanding of building systems and construction administration practices • Support on-site construction administration, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with contractors • Maintain a strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, codes, accessibility standards, and jurisdictional requirements • Manage internal project teams of varying sizes, fostering clear communication and positive relationships with clients, owners, consultants, and contractors • Coordinate with governing authorities to obtain building permits, complete code reviews, and secure necessary approvals • Mentor and coach junior staff, promoting professional development and quality standards across the team • Prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, and a high level of professionalism
• Experience managing projects across multiple scales, with emphasis on large projects valued at $30M+ • Strong architectural and detailing skills with proficiency in construction administration • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with external partners • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent written communication skills; confident in public speaking and networking • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution • 7+ years of professional experience
