• Manage complex tasks on small, medium to large size projects • Plan, organize, and direct the work throughout the life of the project • Keep the Principal in Charge informed of progress on project expectations, deadlines, and deliverables • Lead the client and project team to assure the project design meets the client budget, schedule, program, and design intent • Assist in the negotiation and development of project agreements • Develop and manage project budget, schedule, and overall work plan to realize target financial performance • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and motivate project teams • Assure that Project Management Framework tasks are timely completed and properly documented for compliance • Lead project coordination and owner/site meetings with internal and external stakeholders • Manage and track change orders, applications for payment by contractors and contractual modifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field • Licensed Architect, California preferred • California Healthcare (HCAI) experience preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience • Experience with leading and implementation of Lean Tools preferred • LEED Green Associate or LEED AP a plus • Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Newforma • Prefer experience with Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
