đź“‹ Description

• Lead governance and coordination of RFPs, contracts, renewals, and strategic customer programs • Manage reseller governance processes including pricing, rebates, supplier/GPO fees, and compliance oversight • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Risk, Sales, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution • Support implementation readiness and operational onboarding activities • Monitor operational, contractual, and financial risks while driving issue resolution and escalation management • Prepare executive-level communications, reporting, and recommendations for leadership • Maintain governance documentation, reporting tools, and operational playbooks • Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supplier diversity, strategic program management, procurement, operations, pricing, or related business functions • Strong experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Experience with contract governance, pricing structures, operational processes, or enterprise customer support preferred
